The Tour Passport is a physical item and will be distributed to you either via mail or at the venue upon entrance on the night of your concert only. You will be notified closer to your show how you’ll receive your passport. No refunds after 24 hours of your purchase. 

Instructions on how to download your mobile ticket will be emailed within two weeks of the show. Tickets will only display in the app.
