What does this mean for your tickets?

If you bought tickets via The Ticket Factory before 1 September 2024, you can still log into My Account on The Ticket Factory website to view and manage them.

If you bought tickets on or after 1 September 2024, your tickets will be available in your AXS account on the AXS website or in the AXS Mobile App.
