If you have access requirements and would like to purchase Foo Fighters tickets online you will need to register for an Access Card.

WHO IS OUR PARTNER?
We work with Nimbus Disability who runs the 'Access Card'. Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
When you register, Nimbus Disability will handle all your information securely and safely without us ever having cause to see the detail behind why you need accessible seating options.
Once you've registered, Nimbus will then provide you with a unique registration number which you can then use to link your access needs into our system.
HOW TO LINK THE ACCESS CARD WITH YOUR TICKET FACTORY ACCOUNT
The Nimbus team behind the Access Card will process your registration within 72 hours.
Once your registration has been approved…
- Log in to your Ticket Factory account here.
- Click on ‘Accessibility’ in the sidebar or visit the Accessibility page directly by clicking here.
- Enter your unique code that has been provided by Nimbus.
- For all future ticket purchases, you will be able to login to your account and then purchase tickets for events.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you have logged into your Ticket Factory account and entered your registration number, we simply pull through your requirements from Nimbus. This in turn will then show seats associated to your requirements.
