From the stars of heavy metal, R&B, soul, dance, folk, goth and hip-hop the Civic and Wulfrun halls have offered something for everyone over the years. Legends of comedy from Ken Dodd to Jimmy Carr, Victoria Wood to Sarah Millican have played sell-out shows and we've hosted some of the best performances from the world of darts and wrestling. Then there's been our classical music and school choir concerts, ballets, plays, tea dances and iconic Friday and Saturday club nights.
