    VENUE / ACCESS INFORMATION

The concert arena at the Royal Hospital Chelsea has a good level of accessibility.

The paths and roads at the entrances are well surfaced and there are ramps between levels.

The arena is approximately 300m from Chelsea Gate and London Gate and 500m from Barrack Gate.

Seated tickets will be available for ambulant disabled customers and there will be a platform for wheelchair users.
Please make sure you book your space on the platform in advance.
There will be limited space available on the platform and once it is full, we will not be able to let any further customers on it.

Accessible toilets are located on the South Terrace and by Chelsea Gate.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide parking within the Royal Hospital site so existing disabled bays in the area should be used if required. Please check with the local council for information on local parking.

People qualifying for accessibility tickets are entitled to receive one personal assistant ticket free of charge.

If you have any questions, please contact the promoter on [email protected] or by using the Accessibility Form.

    BOOKING TICKETS

    Online
We are proud to offer online accessible ticket booking for our disabled customers.

We facilitate this by running our own free of charge Access Requirements Register in collaboration with Nimbus Disability, who operate the national Access Card.

When you register, they will handle all of your information securely and safely without us ever having to see the detail behind why you need accessible seating options.

Once you have registered, Nimbus will provide you with a unique code which you can then use to link your access needs into The Ticket Factory booking system. This will then open up accessible seating options for you to book online as well as make necessary arrangements should you qualify for a free essential companion ticket, specific to your requirements.

For more details of how to register, please visit The Ticket Factory website here.

    By Phone
The Ticket Factory also operates a free disabled ticket booking line 0800 640 5001 (+44 121 7966100 from outside the UK – chargeable). Their lines are open 9am to 7pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
