Once you have had confirmation from Nimbus that your Access Card application has been completed, you will need to link it to your The Ticket Factory account by logging in to the My Account page and clicking the Accessibility tab.

Once you are logged in and have linked your access card, click on the original link you were sent for the presale (the link you've used to get to this page) and you'll be able to browse and purchase the available accessible tickets.
