    Each week, we'll bring you our top album of the week to listen to at home. Whether you're working from home, looking for some entertainment at the weekends or just want to listen to something new, we'll help you.

    Check back each week for our favourite listens, and we will even let you know if any artists are on tour.

    Brandon Flowers keeps his Springsteen esque swagger in their sixth studio album, and that's a great thing. Imploding the Mirage arrives this after it's original release for a May 29 release, was delayed due to 'Rona. The studio album comes with only Brandon and Ronnie Vannucci remaining from the original group. The festival-headlining, indie heroes have released another album full of anthemic singles that are a great example of modern rock.

    On their 9th Studio album, A Celebration of Endings, the band deliver a fantastic, lifting and energising collection of songs, that showcases Biffy at their finest. 'Mon the biff.

    Released: 7 August
    Glass Animals don't lose any of their quirkiness with their 3rd LP Dreamland, as they change direction from the bands previous work. The Oxford group deliver a fantastic pop album, with their psychedelic touch whilst introducing a hip-hop influence.

    Following up from their brilliant and critically acclaimed 2017 debut album Dogrel, Dublin's Fontaines D.C. release A Hero's Death less than 18 months later. This album is a different approach to their debut; a much moodier and psychedelic album with 'influences from Suicide and The Beach Boys to Beach House and Broadcast'. <

    Announced just hours before it's midnight release, Taylor Swift releases what is possibly her best album since 1989. Written in collaboration with The National's Aaron Dessner, the album was composed remotely whilst both artists were in isolation. Dessnner's band member and brother, Bryce Dessner orchestrated several of the songs, and the album features special guests such as Bon Iver, who's classic vocal shine through. The album is beautiful and brilliant.

    The British singer and songwriter, and 2012 Mercury Prize nominee Lianne La Havas has released her self-titled third album. This bold album is full of soul and jazz that an easy-listening masterpiece.

    Mike Skinner remains lyrically clever, delivering The Streets sixth studio album. A fantastic album that features an array of special guests from righteous punkers Idles to psychedelic Australians Tame Impala. Incredibly relevant, clever and funny, it's a must listen for any fans of Mike Skinner and The Streets.

    Brighton punks, Dream Wife deliver a witty and adrenaline fueled album that follows up perfectly to their self-title debut. Full of energy and punchy.
    Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure?
    Released: 26 June
    The multi BRIT and Mercury Prize nominated Jessie Ware's funk filled What's Your Pleasure?, makes our album of the week. One of the best pop albums of the year show far! Perfect for your next home disco!
    Bob Dylan - Rough and Rowdy Ways
    Released: 19 June
    The brilliant Bob Dylan has released a bizzare, fantastic, somber album that is consistently brilliant throughout. Dylans first album in 8 years is a must listen.
    Liam Gallagher - MTV Unplugged (Live at Hull City Hall)
    Released: 12 June
    This MTV Unplugged, Live from Hull City Hall Showcases Liam Gallagher at his finest; he's rarely sounded better. Backed by gospel singers and the 24-piece Urban Soul Orchestra, this is a must for any Liam Gallagher/Oasis/Beady Eye fan with songs covering his 30 year career.
    Run the Jewels - RTJ4
    Released: 3 June
    RTJ4 is a powerful hip-hop masterpeice and a must listen, early contenter for the best album of the year. Killer Mike and El-P’s are amongst the greats, with their politically charged rap. Look out for collaborations with Pharell Williams, Zack de la Rocha, Josh Homme and a few others.
    Lady Gaga - Chromatica
    Released: 29 May
    Lady Gaga has surprised again with the wonderful electo-pop album Chromatica, a throwback to her early days with in-your-face dance floor anthems. Rain On Me with Ariana Grande is a homage to 90s dance classics!
    The 1975 - Notes on a Conditional Form
    Released: 22 May
    With 22 songs and at 1 hour 20 minutes long, The 1975's diverse and fun fourth album is up there with their best. Plenty of catchy tunes and lyrics that will be replaying in your head for days on end.
    Charli XCX - how i'm feeling now
    Released: 15 May
    Charlie XCX releases an album very indicative of the times, made during lockdown of COVID-19. The album is a "do-it-yourself" collaboration with fans, using Zoom calls to share demos.
    Hayley Williams - Petals for Armor
    Released: 8 May
    Paramore's Hayley Williams releases her debut album Petals For Armor, some of the best music from her career and a must listen for any Paramore fans.
    Drake - Dark Lane Demo Tapes
    Released: 1 May
    This warm up to Drakes upcoming sixth album is a compilation of songs that were released on SoundCloud or leaked on the internet, as well as new songs
    Tom Misch & Yussef Dayes - What Kinda Music
    Released: 24 April
    Tom Misch has collaborated with Yussef Dayes to deliver a great jazzy pop album for laidback listening.
    Gerry Cinnamon - The Bonny
    Released: 17 April
    The Bonny is the second studio album by the Scottish singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist Gerry Cinnamon. You can also see Gerry Cinnamon on tour in 2021.
    The Strokes - The New Abnormal
    Released: 10 April
    New Yorkers The Strokes have released their 6th album The New Abnormal which is a fantastic listen with a nod to their classic sound.
    Thundercat - It Is What It Is
    Released: 3 April
    Thundercat's follow up to 2017's Drunk, It Is What Is is is a funky, innovative and versatile album that's incredibly easy to listen too.
