The Access Card
We are proud to be the first national online ticket retailer to make booking accessible tickets online for disabled customers possible.
We are pleased to be working with Access Card to make this a simple process for all card holders. The Access Card registration scheme is used by the UK's leading venues and events meaning you only need to register once. It is used to access information about your disability, offers and discounts and is available for £15 for three years.
In order to do this we need to have a customer's details pre registered with us to make sure that we sell you the right tickets. For more information or to apply for an Access Card please visit www.accesscard.org.uk or call 01332 404023.
Access Card holder's can now book tickets online for the Genting Arena and Arena Birmingham, for events that have gone on sale after 1 February 2016.
Here's a quick and simple step by step guide for how to buy your tickets online:
1. Pre-register for an Access Card
2. Create/Login to your TTF Account
3. Add Access Card membership number to your TTF Account
5. Look at for the Access Card logo on events to get tickets
Please note Access Card will currently only allow you to purchase two tickets at one time on each order. If you need more than two tickets please call us on the number below.
It is important to note that if you do not have an Access Card you can still register for access to online sales or book tickets over the phone by calling our customer contact centre on 0800 640 5001.

We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired people. Owing to sound levels involved, we strongly recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events.
