    Tickets for Russell Howards Bristol Hippodrome dates from the 5 -10 July 2021 are now due to take place at Ashton Gate Stadium. All tickets remain valid for the new venue, customers will be contacted with specific details.

    Accessible tickets can be bought online or over the phone. There is usually significant demand when events go on sale, so we advise that customers purchase accessible tickets online rather than attempting by phone and missing out.

    To purchase accessible tickets online you will need an Access Card registration. If you are not already registered, you can find out more here.

    Once you have had confirmation from your Access Card application has been completed, you will need to link it to your The Ticket Factory account by logging in to the My Account page and clicking the Accessibility tab.

    Once you are logged in and have linked your access card, navigate to the tickets you wish to purchase, and you'll be able to browse and purchase available accessible tickets.
