Kidderton Ash and caramelised onion tartlet with balsamic candied figs watercress & herb salad (v)
Char-grilled lemon & thyme chicken, gem salad, marinated anchovies, parmesan shavings, garlic & roasted red pepper dressing
 
Main Course
Pan-fried Sea Bass, saffron fondant potato, sautéed greens, brown shrimp & tomato vinaigrette
Roast rump of lamb, pommery mustard & leek mash, onion marmalade, chantennay carrots, rosemary jus
Roast rib of beef, goose fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, thyme jus
Char-grilled butternut squash, wild mushroom risotto, buttered asparagus & shaved parmesan (v)
 
Desserts
Caramelised lemon tart, clotted cream & summer berries
Dark chocolate & salted caramel delice
Platter of British cheeses, fruit chutney & crackers
