What is amplify?
Amplify are the official hospitality providers for The NEC Group. We offer fantastic pre-show hospitality experiences for shows at the Genting Arena & Barclaycard Arena, Birmingham
What is amplify freestyle?
The freestyle experience offers an upgrade from standard tickets and includes convenient car parking, three complimentary drinks from the bar, a two course dining experience and access through a private hospitality entrance.
What is amplify club?
The amplify club level is available at both the Genting Arena & the Barclaycard Arena. Club members enjoy a welcome drink, four course pre-show dining experience, complimentary car parking & access through a private hospitality entrance. Non-members can also purchase club packages at a premium cost.
What is amplify air?
The amplify air level is exclusive to the Genting Arena and is the arena's most premium hospitality offering. Air members enjoy a pre-show contemporary four course fine dining experience and complimentary drinks hosted within the exclusive air Restaurant before taking to the innovative, private ShowDeck. Overlooking the arena bowl, air guests will also enjoy complimentary drinks service throughout the show. Air hospitality is available to both air and club plus members
What are Showcubes?
The Showcubes are exclusive executive boxes at The Barclaycard Arena. Showcubes can be purchased either on an annual or a show by show basis.
How would I benefit by becoming an amplify member?
Membership benefits include show on sale notifications direct to your inbox, subsidised hospitality package rates, exclusive member rates on VIP box and many more dependent on membership level.
How do I become a member?
Please contact a member of the team who will be happy to discuss with you the most appropriate level for your requirements. The team can be contacted on 0844 338 0333. Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.
Cancellation of membership?
A member may resign membership at any time by giving written notice to the proprietor but shall be liable for the full subscription for the year during which they resign.
When will hospitality packages be dispatched?
Packages are usually dispatched 3-4 weeks prior to the performance date.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is smart / casual for our freestyle and club hospitality zones and a smart dress code for the amplify air facility. *No caps or sportswear permitted*
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arrival from 17.30hrs, however a detailed itinerary is sent with tickets for each show which specifies the timings for that particular event.
I have a dietary concern, what do I do?
We are able to deal with almost any dietary request. If you have a dietary requirement please contact the office prior to the show on 0844 338 0333 and a member of the team will be happy to assist. Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.
How can I get I get hold of backstage passes?
Amplify provide hospitality experiences as part of The NEC Group. Backstage Passes and Meet and Greet arrangements are organised by the Promoter of the individual show, and not by amplify or The NEC Group.
How do I get there?

Where do I park?
Parking information will be sent with your hospitality pack and varies dependent upon which venue you are visiting.
Will I have an allocated car parking spot?
Please note that you will not have a reserved car parking position but you will be able to park anywhere within the allocated car park.
It's a special occassion, can I arrange flowers, cake, balloons, decorations for the table?

What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have queries. Please take special care of standing tickets as duplicated cannot be issued under any circumstances.
