To help us celebrate our first successful year we released 366 balloons into the sky from The NIA on Thursday 2 October. Pupils from the nearby Nelson Junior School on King Edwards Road, Birmingham helped to release the biodegradable birthday balloons.

Attached to 12 balloons were Willy Wonka style golden tickets. Each golden ticket gives the lucky finder a pair of complimentary tickets for one of the following fantastic shows:

If you’re lucky enough to find a golden ticket, to claim your prize you need to call The Ticket Factory on 0800 358 0058 or email winner@theticketfactory.com and quote the unique reference number found only on a golden ticket.

• To claim your Prize you must call (0800 3580058) or email (winner@theticketfactory.com) The Ticket Factory quoting the reference code found only on the golden ticket.
• The prize must be claimed by no later than midnight on 31 October 2008.
• The Prize will be posted to the winner 14 days prior to the date of the concert subject to ticket release dates. You will need to provide your address when claiming your prize. We will not use your data to contact you other than in connection with the Prize. Dependent on tickets being released.
• No cash alternative is offered.
• The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.
