Welsh operatic star Katherine Jenkins, has announced her Winter 2008 UK Tour which includes a date at The NIA on Friday 12 December. Jenkins, who recently performed at The NIA with Darcey Bussell in the sell out Viva La Diva show, will play a fourteen date tour starting on 1 December.

Katherine, who releases her sixth album, a collection of sacred arias, in November 2008 on UCJ Music said “although I’ve loved being in Viva La Diva, it’s meant that I haven’t actually done a concert tour for two years. I am so excited to be going back out on the road with an orchestra and to be premiering some songs from the new album.”

Special guests supporting Katherine on tour will be four piece Blake, who recently won the NS&I Album Of The Year Award at the Classic Brits.
